Austria Dinner

The Bailliage of Tyrol organised a memorable “asparagus” dinner at the Romantik Hotel Alpenblick located in the heart of the picturesque Tyrol mountains.

Members and their guests were welcomed by Bailli Walter Hopfner and the proprietor of the Romantik Hotel, Officier Maître Rôtisseur Erich Eder. A 2008 Göttweg Sekt Brut was served at the reception.




The six-course dinner was superb from the first course to the last. Even the dessert featured asparagus! The service was excellent.




The menu was complemented by a selection of fine wines from well-known Austrian and Italian wineries:
