Members of the Bailliage of Cancún (Bailli: Abelardo Vara) and their guests gathered at the prestigious Royal Hideaway Playacar Hotel for a Gala Dinner which, as anticipated, proved to be an unforgettable culinary experience.

Situated on the breathtaking beaches of Mexico's pristine Riviera Maya, the Royal Hideaway Playacar effortlessly blends world-class service with impeccable style.




In a sophisticated atmosphere, an array of exotic creations were presented, including Kumamoto oysters, granite of foie gras and Holbox* lobster with achiote**. Everything was accompanied by fine wines, pleasant conversation among the diners and the rich repertoire of saxophonists.
