International Jeunes Sommeliers Competition

In 2007 the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs inaugurated the annual International Jeunes Sommeliers Competition to offer young sommeliers an opportunity to present their skills and ‘savoir faire’ under highly competitive, intense and grueling testing conditions.

This annual competition is open to candidates from 21 to 35 years of age, selected by a National Bailliage.

2012 COMPETITION

The 2012 edition of the competition will be held in Cape Town, South Africa, starting on September 21.
