Face to Face with P&O Cruises Executive Chef, Trevor Glass

A familiar face on board, Trevor Glass has been with P&O Cruises for twenty years. Passionate about his work, he shares the same culinary principles as Marco Pierre White,"don't over-complicate the dish. Use fresh, simple ingredients cooked well." Driven by the challenge of overseeing 170 chefs in such a variety of venues, Trevor is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for his diners.

In regards to his Chaîne membership, Trevor comments that "I am very proud to be a member of a recognized International professional association. It is a great honour."
